Rich brings over a decade of experience driving product innovation, strategic growth and transformation in financial services and private markets. Most recently at IQ-EQ (an Astorg Portfolio company), RBC, and Deloitte. This experience gives him valuable insight into stakeholder engagement and navigating complex regulatory, economic & technology disruption – skills that continue to inform his work with private equity clients and their portfolio companies facing rapidly evolving market conditions.
