Product-market fit is dynamic. AI is reshaping workflows and redefining where and how products create value. Fit can no longer be treated as static.

Sequencing drives outcomes. The order of strategic moves across data, pricing, product and go-to-market is increasingly determinative of performance.

Pricing is strategic. More than a financial lever, pricing reflects product strength, customer value and execution disciple.

A consistent theme throughout was that investment today implies underwriting transformation. Sustainable value creation depends on executing that transformation deliberately and with focus.
